Web Policy Not getting opened

Dear all,

I have installed SEC 5.2.2 . its working pretting good except web policy.

i am not able to open the web policy it is giving an attached error , do any 1 have came across the same issue.

if yes then knidly suggest.

Error :

Sophos.UIController.Extension.UIControllerException: Could not retrieve data (Internal communication error). Please refer to knowledgebase
article 114292. ---> System.ServiceModel.FaultException: The server was unable to process the request due to an internal error.  For more information about the error, either turn on IncludeExceptionDetailInFaults (either from ServiceBehaviorAttribute or from
the <serviceDebug> configuration behavior) on the server in order to send the exception information back to the client, or turn on tracing as per the Microsoft .NET Framework SDK documentation and inspect the server trace logs.
