Endpoint Security and Control V 10.3 update failed

Hi, I'm currently using Sophos PureMessage 4.0.1 and Endpoint Security and Control 10.3 on my exchange 2013 server which is running on window server 2012 x64. Starting from last week my autoupdate is failing with the error message below.

Message: ERROR:   Product installation failed: Sophos PureMessage: 0x80004005
Module: ALUpdate
Process ID: 15820
Thread ID: 16904

I already ried unistall and reinstall the Sophos Auto Update. The problem still exists. Can anyone help me solve this? Thx
