Unable to update individual Solaris machine via Sophos EnterPrise console

Hi ,

I have installed Sophos Enterprise console 5.2 in one of our windows server and added client solaris(both sparc and intel) machines  in it. We have also added bootstrap location and mounted it successfully in our solaris machine successfully ,but when tried to update solaris machine from Enterprise console we are getting following error.


"Download of savdupdate failed from server \\sharename"

Please let me know how to proceed.

    You probably want to start by running savupdate directly on one of the endpoints to see what the detailed error is:

    # /opt/sophos-av/bin/savupdate -v5

    But I would also check that the update location in the policy applied to those endpoints is correct.
