Cannot remove Sophos Update Manager

Dear all, I'm trying to uninstall Sophos Update Manager but I receive the message described in 

http://www.sophos.com/en-us/support/knowledgebase/114258.aspx

It tells to upgrade to 1.4.2.186 via Enterprise Console but this component is installed any more in my company. How to solve this?

    Hello YASA,

    so you have an (apparently for some time) orphaned SUM, done away with SEC (no longer using Sophos or?), and now you remembered that you should uninstall SUM?
    I'm not cynical, just trying to find out what you need. If you disable the Sophos services SUM will in effect no longer exist.
