Could not contact server

Hi,

     When I try to update i get this message - could not contact server.

This is a copy of the log.

 I have checked my password and username and all is good

    so you are updating directly from Sophos. Could you please post a snippet from the detailed ALUpdate... log ((for XP in %ProgramFiles%\Sophos\AutoUpdate\Logs\ , %ProgramData%\Sophos... otherwise). There should be a more specific error message there. BTW: which OS and SAV version do you use?
