Question on Sophos Endpoint 10.3 license Tracking

Sorry if this question has been answered before.  If it has, I could not find it.

We have 50 Endpoint 10.3 license, no enterpise consoles.  We had a hard drive go bad on one system we had installed Sophos Endpoint 10.3 on.  We reinstalled windows on a new hard drive and inadvertently changed the computer name.  We then installed Sophos 10.3 on the computer prior to realizing the name had been changed.  Does Sophos track license usage by computer name or by some other means?  If it is by computer name, how do we tell the tracker "Oops, please delete the license for the bad name" ?

    no enterpise consoles

    you're not talking about the Cloud product, do you? You have an Endpoint license but all your endpoints are updating from Sophos directly and you don't centrally manage them? Well, this would not be ideal  ... anyway, there is no tracking mechanism for Endpoint.
