Sophos Add-in not loading automatically

Hi,

In Outllook: Tools | Trust Center | Add-Ins | Go

Check box: Sophos Outlook Add-in      OK it appear

I close Outlook and re-open it !!!! I have to do again each time...Doesn't load with Outlook.
