USB issues

Hi All,

We are in the process of installing Sophos and have run into a minor issue.

When users connect his iPhone or Camera to the USB port they appear in device manager, but dont work correctly.  See attached.

Any ideas?

    Hello AMS_User,

    as said in the other thread, if Sophos knowingly interferes you should get some kind of feedback in SEC's console and normally also on the client. You should also check Windows' Event Logs. Hard to say what it could be without some more details.
