Does this need to be on if we have websense?

I didn't get your point here. As per my understanding, Obiously we will be blocking the malicious sites in Websense level.
Can you please ellobrate your request, So that i can decide, whether i can assist you or not.

I was wondering if having this enabled was unnecessary if we utilize websense.
