I'm trying to migrate an installation of 5.1 that was previously upgraded to 5.2 from one server to another. I have created the backup, installed the new database (only) component, copied the backup folder acress and am trying to run the databackuprestore.exe -Action=Restore -DataSourceType=Database command, however I'm getting a SQLcommand error that states that the command can't set the Db "SOPHOSENC52" to offline with rollback fails with result 0xFFFFFFFF, Level 16, State 1. It also says login timout expired.
I am running both the old and new consoles as a domain user who has access to the DB's, has local admin permissions and has the sysadmin role. The servers are both 2008 64 bit and both SQL instances are 2008 R2. I am assuming this is some sort of authentication problem but an not sure how to troubleshoot or what to cnahge (if anything), any ideas would be gratefully received.
