SEP Push Deployment tool equivalent?

I don't think this is a necessitiy but I've been asked by our other techs familair with SEP and they're wondering if a stand alone utility exists for deployment such as SEP's "Push Deployment Tool".

You have the ability to create an installer package...

...that allows you to install a managed/unmanaged installation. It's designed for when you need a self-contained installer that can be run on a computer and doesn't need an internet to download (it's a full installer - not a slim one).
