Ref: Artical ID 110529

Can anyone guide me to the right place..

I am looking for the "\Working" and "Update Manager\Warehouse\" as per the artical but when I look at the locaiton that the update manager used "E:\Interchk\CIDs\S000\SAVSCFXP" I find nothing. I don't think the files and folders are hidden in any way. Is there some other sturcture you use..

    Hello Dirk,

    \Working and and \Update Manager\Warehouse should be in the location indicated in the article (the default SophosUpdate share is the "second" \Update Manager directory). Which OS?

    Perhaps I am lost.

    I have an Enterprise Console (5.1) running the update serveice using Update manager to various remote shares. If I search this server for \Wearhouse or \Working subdirectories nothing. Same result at the destination Share.

    Both source (Enterprise Consle) and destination Share are running on Windows Server 2008

    I am trying to solve the "Destination Data is invalid 00005" Am I on the right track?

    Hello Dirk,

    for 2008 the default location is under %ProgramData% (by default hidden). While the article System.xml - description of fields you can change mentions only SEC versions up to 5.0 it might still apply. Any chance system.xml has been modified?

    As for Destination Data is invalid 00005 - I only vaguely remember it ... could you please post the accompanying message (is it an 80040409)? Has anything been changed before it stopped working?
