the installation could not be started ...

I am trying to re-protect some clients after setting up a new EC 5.2.1.

some clients are able to connect to the new server but some encounter error message saying

"the installation could not be started. the computer may need additional configurations before installed. Code 0000002e".

what should i do ?

Hello yeowkm,
please see Deployment errors are displayed in the console when protecting endpoint computers, it also contains links to other articles and docs. If you can't solve your problem following these guides feel free to follow up, in this case please include the details of your environment (AD or not, client and server OS and so on).
Please not that Protect computers is just one way to deploy the software, it might be more efficient to use another method instead of troubleshooting the deployment errors.
