HIPS/RegMod-008

I have one windows 2003 server that has the following HIPS/RegMod-008 under quarantine.

it was detected as suspicious behavior. 

details - C:\windows\system32\rundll.exe 

should I just authorize the removal of this file or leave it alone ?

    Even we are facing the same. Its really hectic. ActtuallyThis program is part of Windows, and is used to run program code in DLL files as if they were within the actual program. However, many viruses also use this name or similar ones.

    Even latest version av package also threatening like virus/suspecious files. Its really a madding.
