EC 4.5 software delivery failed

I migrated my old EC 4.5.1 to a new server running windows 2008 server.

now I am seeing software delivery failed on the update manager.

Last updated status is Never.

Version is 1.1.1.141.1.

logviewer shows the following error.

    Hello yeowkm,

    the screenshot doesn't show much information except for the fact that there is a checksum error. Obviously the initial download did not complete (and apparently SUM hasn't upgraded yet). Might be a glitch and I'd just empty the Warehouse and Working folders and request an update.
