w32/lovgate-c

Good day everyone

I'm having a problem with w32/lovgate-C, I can't remove or delete the said worm, It keeps on coming back. Is there any way to get rid of this worm? any suggestions?

Hello entong,
according to the analysis w32/lovgate-C is pretty old, you should contact Support as Labs might be interested. The analysis also refers to a resolve tool for the W32/Lovgate family.

Sorry, thought I'd mention it as you didn't give more details - in no way it should suggest you were not reading the analysis.
So ... it might be you've also already tried the Source of Infection tool - and don't want to miss the opportunity to mention the Sophos Malware Remediation Toolkit (SMaRT).
