Client pc with sophos can't view in Sophos Enterprise Console

Hi All,

We have client pc's with sophos that are connected in the network but not included or cant be seen in the Sophos Enterprise Console. Client pc's Sophos are updating and working. Why these clients can't be view in SEC and how to resolve this.

    Thanks for the response. Indeed that there's something wrong with the communication and it was indicated in the sophos network communication report of the client. I will update once I'm don.
