Error installing Enterprise Console 5.2.1

In the middle of an installation, I have the following:

This is the second virtual machine I have used to try and install the console. It is a Windows 2008R2 Standard edition server.

I have used the Sophos diagnostics software to create the compressed logs and environment. There is an item in the Sophos_Server64msi log file that the CreateScheduledTask keeps failing. There are other failures but most seem to be path related. It appears I cannot upload the ZIP file.

I am using a domain account for the database and updates user. There is another post about this type of failure but the error code I have is 0x8007051f and the steps do not help.

Any help would be great.

Hi,
Ok, this is really wierd. I checked the items you mentioned, but could not find anything in the log file on the date of the installation. I decided to re-run the installer. This time, it went through without any errors. The only difference was that the installer found the original database installation and skipped that part.
Other than looking through log files and checking some user settings, I did nothing different than the first install.
