Error installing Enterprise Console 5.2.1

In the middle of an installation, I have the following:

SophosError.png

This is the second virtual machine I have used to try and install the console.  It is a Windows 2008R2 Standard edition server.

I have used the Sophos diagnostics software to create the compressed logs and environment.  There is an item in the Sophos_Server64msi log file that the CreateScheduledTask keeps failing.  There are other failures but most seem to be path related.  It appears I cannot upload the ZIP file.

I am using a domain account for the database and updates user.  There is another post about this type of failure but the error code I have is 0x8007051f and the steps do not help.

Any help would be great.

Thanks,

MikeM.

  • Hello MikeM,

0x8007051f usually means There are currently no logon servers available to service the logon request. Guess it happens when the installer attempts to create the Patch tasks. Could you post a few lines starting with the one containing Executing op: ActionStart(Name=GrantSvcAccBatchLogonPriv,,) and up to the error?
