captive portal Ucopia

hello,

I  use several pcs behind a captive portal (ucopia), then Sophos Endpoit Security can't update the virus base.

The captive portal was configured for use the "free url" like

http://d1.sophosupd.com
http://d2.sophosupd.com
http://d3.sophosupd.com

http://dci.sophosupd.net
http://d1.sophosupd.net
http://d2.sophosupd.net
http://d3.sophosupd.net

but it's not sufficient.
