Installation of product SAVXP failed

Hi all,

I have problems with Sophos: the autoupdate fails every time I restart the computer. Please see the attached screenshot for the log-file. I referred to this page (http://www.sophos.com/en-us/support/knowledgebase/9000/9100/120450.aspx) already but it looks like the tmp variable is already specified correctly (as C:\windows\temp). What should I do?

    Thank you very much for your reply. However, I can't seem to find the files that you are referring to. There are no MSI logs in my temp folder, and in my Sophos folder I see no files with names like the ones you mention. I'm sorry if I'm looking in the wrong place, I don't know much about these kind of system files and where to find them...
