Installation of product SAVXP failed

Hi all,

I have problems with Sophos: the autoupdate fails every time I restart the computer. Please see the attached screenshot for the log-file. I referred to this page (http://www.sophos.com/en-us/support/knowledgebase/9000/9100/120450.aspx) already but it looks like the tmp variable is already specified correctly (as C:\windows\temp). What should I do?

Hello Johanna,
I don't think that the article applies: As the log snippet just mentions AutoUpdate and SAVXP it looks like a standalone installation whereas the article is for Cloud. The details of the failure should be in the Sophos Anti-Virus [Major] Install Log_... or [Major] CustomActions Log_... s (please see Installation errors: troubleshooting installation errors using MSI logs and post the relevant part if you need assistance).
