IIS Service stopped working after installing Sophos EndPoint Protection

Hei i just installed sophos end point protection in my client. I have a trouble, IIS service on Sophos Server is stopped working. I think there is no crash service happen in there, because i just installing Sophos Enterprise Console (5.1) on that server. For now i just run automatically IIS service every 1 hour.

Can you telling me what happened there? there is a solution to fix that problem?

HI,
Does it fail to start?
Or does it crash/stop after a period of time?
Is there anything in the Application Event log or even system event log at the time it fails?
I've never heard of Sophos causing such a problem?

The IIS Service is normally starting.. but after an hour it will stop automatically. even if i'm restart my server, it will happen again.. no event log report at that time i think.. maybe i'll check it again

Hello,
since it happend after an hour it could be the scan of system memory, did you tried to uncheck the "scan for system memory" box in the on access scanning options?

Fyi, this problem happened after +- 4 months after installation process and happened in all of my child sum. maybe problem with enterprise console?
@ ukanoldai : "scan for system memory" option is unchecked
@ jak : i'm checking the application and system event log, no strange log in there

try disabling the web intelligence service as a test to see if it happens again. That also runs an hourly check I believe.
