error and warning on enterprise console without description

I've few machine with error and warning stated but there are no description or info on the item detected and scanning errors.

How can I determine what error or warning the client are facing and resolve the issue?

    first of all, there are more columns to the right - in particular Update errors which likely exist for the computers on the top. Guess Warnings are Restart needed ....

    If you right-click an endpoint and select Resolve Alerts and Errors ... you'll find the errors which can be acknowledged under the Errors tab. Update errors and warnings are not listed there though, a successful update or the required restart will clear them automatically. Last but not least the Computer Details will additionally show a history.
