Displaying "Not Updated Since" in SEC.. But Up to Date on End Device.

Hi Guys,

New to Sophos and I am having some issues with the "Up to Date" section within the SEC.

I am using 5.2.1 R2.

OK, 

So i recently put about 20 or so computers on to the Sophos Client.

When I go into Sophos on the computers it says that they have been updated (In the morning)

BUT

Within SEC, on all of the computers, it states that the last update was done on the 10/02/14... They weren't even using Sophos then.

Any help with this issue is appreciated.

    please see for example Re: Need latest Sophos detection data for an explanation of the "update dates" seen on an endpoint. Is the update location (UNC or HTTP?) correct? As the server itself is probably up to date please check the number of IDEs for it (in the console, Anti-Virus Details tab, IDEs column) and compare it to the count on an endpoint (Sophos GUI, the bottom link on the left side: View product information -> expand Anti-virus and HIPS + Software, Detection identities).

    If they are the same then the correct status information is not reported to the console. You should also check the Computer Details tab in the console, column Last message time, it shouldn't be more than a few hours past (I assume the endpoints appear as connected, i.e. with the green overlay on the computer icon).
