Mac V9 not available in software subscription

Hi,

We have a new install of SEC v5.2.1 and a new Endpoint Business license and are having a problem with Sophos for Mac. In the Software Subscriptions section of the console, when selecting the version dropdown for Mac OSX we only have the option of "Retiring - 8 Recommended - is retiring April....." and no option to select Version 9.

We have made sure all SEC/Client/Definitions are all updated and that there are no error messages as far as we can see, but even when defining a new Software Subscription v9 is not available??

Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello Simon,
with a Business license there is AFAIK only one subscription, Recommended. ~~This is perhaps a "backend" issue~~ with your license - I think customercare@sophos.com is the best contact address (or see Contact Sophos)

The above is only partially correct. I haven't read Sophos Anti-Virus for Mac v8, end of life and upgrade to v9 carefully (or else, forgotten what I've read). Looks like the single-version licenses will not be upgraded before May. Dunno if this can be moved up.

Hello,
Is there a release date yet for the v9 subscription? It still isn't available through our EC subscription (EX 5.2.1 R2, Business License)**. We would like to start deploying v9 to our end user machines.
