Could any one out there help me on my issue?
I have Sophos Enterpise Console 5.0 and trying to install it on Window Server 2008 R2 Datacenter. it is joined to DC.
I am getting this error message a the last step of Installation, says that " Unable to install Database " .
After that when i go and try to launch the Enterprise Console, i am just getting this below error message and cannot launch the SEC.
Management server connection failed
Could not connect to the Management server.
This may be due to one of the Followin:
- Local network problems
- Management service has stopped on the server
- Your database service has stopped
- A firewall is blocking the connection
- The management service is not installed on the server.
Either attempt to reconnect or close the application. Attempting to reconnect may take a few minutes.
Then there are two button to Reconnect and Exist.
