USB Automatically hide issue

Hello,

              Currently I am using the Sophos Endpoint Security Suite v10.3. Have created the server client environment. As, endpoints are getting updates through Local Server [Primary Address] and Sophos server[Secondary Address]. But, after attching any usb we are facing the issue as connecting the USB to particular system it directly show as the Shortcut. After scanning through the Sophos still we are facing the same issue. Moreover, all the systems which are getting updates also facing the same issue as cannot able to see the data inside the pendrive. Pendrive will be located just as a shortcut and nothing can be able to from the pendrive[USB] directly.

                Kindly provide the help for that.
