Client install scan

Dumb question... Does the Sophos client do a full scan after being installed on a new computer?

    Hi,

    No it doesn't but if you wanted to kick off a scan on the client as part of an install script, you could run:

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Sophos\Sophos Anti-Virus\BackgroundScanClient.exe {F86EBCD5-687E-40B1-800D-021062361F6C}

    That will run the same scan as "Scan my computer"
