failed to configure the firewall-- e0010101 starting 2-10-14 approx 8:30 CST after update.

I have about 75% of our endpoints that the firewall stopped working on yesterday. is there something that i can do from the console to fix this. reinstallation does not work.

Also the older post for error message, does not work. at least not for windows 7. tried reregistering ole32.dll, restarting endpoint and reapplying firewall group policy.
