Scan settings on HP Storage device

Hi Team,

I want to know how to configure the scan settings on Storage devices in enterprise level.

We have Device " 8-Node HP Poly server cluster  HP BL 460C Blades 16-GB RAM " 50 TB capacity . it's connected via 4- windows 2003 R2  x64 SP2 servers,  

I want to know how to initiate the scan on File server, Could you please let me know the best practice to scan the file server on weekly basis.

Current version of Sophos: 10.3.1
