How to Whitelst my software APPLICATION with Sophos

Hi, I work for a software developer -- and we find that anti-malware products sometimes mistake our legitimate software for malware. Does Sophos have a way to submit legitmate commercial software so that it is catalogued and 'whitelisted' as software and not malware?

Hello George,
if you are a Sophos customer you can Send a sample. As you say anti-malware products I suppose that (part of) your code doesn't go too well with them (or at least their "more paranoid" features).
