Search for blocked functions

Hey all!

Ok so I'm new here, du! look at the amount of posts :P

Sophos end-point is blocking the spooler service on a touch screen Win8.1 PC in my enterprise. Reason I know? Turn sophos application control off and the spooler can start. (only device in the enterprise that this happens on) Manual restart doesn't work, restart computer doesn't work, only turning off application control works. My question:

Is there an easy way to find specific applications or services that Sophos is blocking by a search function, or is it "find a category that seems close"? Also, what could be causing this one PC to be experiencing this issue?

Sophos end-point is blocking the spooler service

and no event is shown in View Computer Details (double-click endpoint in the console) or the Event Viewer (menu bar -> Events ->  Application Control Events)? If there is none please check the Windows Events Logs.
