Update Manager Isn't Downloading Updates

Not sure what I may be missing here, but when I login to MySophos, I am shown the product that I am licensed for... in this case, Sophos Complete Security Suite.

I'm given an option to click on the Downloads and Updates link, which lists all the products available to me. For this particular post, I'm dealing with SafeGuard Easy under Data Protection. SafeGuard Easy is listed as version 6.0.1.

The current installed SafeGuard Easy on one client is 5.61. 

Shouldn't Update Manager be updating this?

    as briefly (but obviously not clear enough) mentioned in the other thread, SafeGuard Easy and Full Disk Encryption included in SEC are different products (and SafeGuard Enterprise is a third one). More tomorrow ...
