Enterprise Console reads: Awaiting Policy from Console

I ran Protect Computer, Encrytion Software... after seemingly installing correctly, the follow is shown on client and server:

Client Computer > right clickSafeGuard 5.61 icon in taskbar > Status: nothing received yet

Server (Enterprise Console) > Policy Compliance > awaiting policy from console

Server (Enterprise Console) > Full Disk Encryption > No

Both machines have been rebooted, services restarted, nothing on event viewer

SafeGuard 5.61.0.25

Enterpirse Console 5.2.1.197

Thoughts or Help on this matter?
