Update manager fails to complete the update

Hi All,

I have an issue with one of my customer, update manager downloads all the updates in Warehouse folder, as well as CID folder but in the final stage it gives an error saying that Decoding of product release 2DE69C24-D975-47b2-8D2F-6BEA861A9C75 version recommended was not done because the syncronisation failed. and in the update manager last updated shows never.

    Hello Ramki,

    synchronization failed

    usually indicates an error during download. The logviewer gives you an overview of the activity and will tell you what failed. With this information you can search for detailed information in the SUMTrace logs.
