SEC reinstall over to change db un and pw failing.

I am trying to reinstall the enterprise console over again to change the user and password used for the db. For some reason the install constantly fails. Any ideas?

Jak,
When I obfuscate the password, enter it into the registry (replacing the non-obfuscated password), and change the 'UseClearText' option to 0 I can't start the management service(?)
