Manual uninstall of Sophos Endpoint Business Solution

Hello,

I'm looking for the manual uninstall process for the 'Sophos Endpoint Business Solution'. 

We are currently in the 'testing / demoing' phase and recently had to rename our server and noticed we ran into all sorts of errors with the 'Sophos Endpoint Business Solution' since renaming our server.  We tried to use the built-in uninstall process but it failed when it noticed we renamed the server.  So we want to just do a reinstall but need to remove the first installation to start with.

We are unable to rename the server back to what it was originally because of an issue with another piece of software.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
