Problem with SEC 5.2 reinstallation

I am trying to re-install Sophos Enterprise Console Ver 5.2.  The installation fails when trying to install the Sophos Update Manager msi.

I have checked the install log and the error reported is

[19:42:02:413]: Disallowing installation of component: {3BFB5185-514E-4520-863E-0835F8A6A7FC} since the keyfile exists and the component is marked to never overwrite existing installations
MSI (s) (18:B0) [19:42:02:413]: Disallowing installation of component: {8B4E045E-5B3B-4129-9FF2-7757DA7FC4D6} since the keyfile exists and the component is marked to never overwrite existing installations
Action start 19:42:02: CostFinalize.

Can anyone help me with a resolution
