Puremessage issues

Hi

Running Puremessage 3.1.3.0 on Server 2008r2 with Exchange 2010.  Puremessage sometime lets spam through that I would have though should have been caught.  Also getting bombarded by spam/virus from I1N3IJT6.6426198@robtec.com admittingly its being caught by puremessage but was wondering if there was a way I could get the header info from the message to see where its coming from?

  • Same problem here......but the message gets past our email appliance before Puremessage then lets it through. Stuff that is REALLY obvious.......stuff that even a robot (or appliance, or piece of software) should be able to see is OBVIOUSLY spam. I did speak to a Sophos engineer about this once, and his reply was "well it may have let one through, but look at all the ones it has blocked"......which was a pretty silly reply - it's always the one that gets through that gets you
