New SUM Child installation is not reporting the console

Hi,

We have just implemented the SUM Child setup on our system and I have successfully installed the Update Manager on 34 servesr out of 37. The problem is that the remaining three servers is not reporting the UpdateManagers view on the console. 

I did the same process of installation on each server and I'm not sure what is the problem for this 3.

I tried to reinstall the SUM installation and RMS of Sophos AV but to no avail.

Please advise.

    Hello Makzter24,

    just to mention it - the SUM and Endpoint RMS are not the same, thus a reinstall must be done with care.

    Anyway, it didn't work initially and thus the problem is likely somewhere else. Please check (and if necessary post) the RMS Install and ClientMRInit logs (in the system %TEMP% directory) as well as the Router logs in %ProgramData%\Sophos\.
