I bought SOPHOS due to Staples hype. Now it seems I'm having to go to SOPHOS site to resolve too many ?s after install of this PC.
If my SHOPHOS from Staples is JUST for antivirus, I'd like to install my Kaspersky for all non virus issues rather than do lenghty browsing of Sophos support to keep protected for malware, ETC.
My sophos is set up to do auto updates.
Can I install Kaspersky to give me the added protection I don't seem to have with the SOPHOS product that Staples hyped.
I am extremely pleased that a call to Sophos number given to me by Staples, did connect me with a Sophos techie promptly. I was only assured that I have no virus.
Dismayed by Staples' lack of clarity and knowledge for me to be so much in the dark about PC protection.
