Sophos can't access PatchLink.cab file during scan

During a recent scan, several of my endpoints came back with the following message:

Scanning "C:\__PatchLink0026.cab" returned SAV Interface error 0xa0040210: The file could not be accessed.

I tried searching for this file, using the recomendation from Sophos regarding the mention error (0xa0040210) but I could not find the file mentioned. Has anyone else run across this before?

    as the article says, an application has left the file temporarily inaccessible and this application likely deleted the file when it had finished processing it. Please note that [t]his does not affect on-access protection
