Installing linux endpoint ... not connecting to SEC

I am trying to install the Sophos endpoint to some of my linux machines, but I am having issues with the machines showing up in my Sophos Enterprise Console (SEC). I followed the steps found here using Option 1:

The endpoint installed but I am not seeing it in my SEC, did I miss a step or does it take some time?

Sorry for the incredibly late reply, I finally got this worked out with Sophos' technical support. There was an issue with the install so I had to completely remove and re-install.
