Installing linux endpoint ... not connecting to SEC

I am trying to install the Sophos endpoint to some of my linux machines, but I am having issues with the machines showing up in my Sophos Enterprise Console (SEC). I followed the steps found here using Option 1:

The endpoint installed but I am not seeing it in my SEC, did I miss a step or does it take some time?

Assuming you responded y to "Do you want to enable remote management?" your endpoint should be managed.
I'd suggest checking the sav-rms.log to see if there are any errors present (<INSTALL DIR>/etc/sav-rms.log)
