Any idea why when a user has an iPhone plugged in (USB just to charge) Sophos constantly tosses this error?

A device control event occurred on machine COMPUTERNAME when user domain\username was logged on.

    Guess the code for the message is 0xa0520008? Of course someone might already have seen this (and perhaps know more) but since there seems to be no matching article you should engage Support. Does Device Control otherwise work on this computer (and can you check whether the error occurs on other computer too)?

    As far as I can tell, anytime an iPhone is plugged in this error keeps spamming. Other than that, Device control does work. I'll talk to support.
