Scheduled seems to disconnect wired NIC and enable wireless

So we are seeing an issue where our weekly scheduled scan disconnects the wired NIC and the Wireless NIC connects to our wireless.  Then after a few minutes, they flip back.  We noticed this because the number of wireless clients connected to our AP's jumps dramatically.  Like from 200 clients to over 500+.  Any ideas on what would cause this?

  • Hello StiltzM109R,

I have no idea how a scheduled scan would cause a reset of the wired connection. Guess you've already checked the scan's and the general SAV.txt logs. Do you have any timings - i.e. how long after a scan's start is the LAN disconnected and is this more or less constant?
