We have AV protection with web, mail, and encryption... We are using Sophos AV to filter web traffic based on the rules setup in our Sophos Web Appliance. The majority of our PCs on our network work with out question on web filtering. I have a few though that even after reloading Sophos AV they can still get to restricted sites. I get no errors from the installs and they dont show any errors inside of the Enterprise Console. I can still see their traffic on the Sophos Web Appliance. Sites that are blocked, are listed as blocked, but the end user is still getting to those sites.
Anyone have any ideas that i can try to fix this issue???
