AutoUpdate Failed

Hi recently loaded Sophos Endpoint Security and Control v10.0 on my home PC, which was given to me through my company, and the auto update feature does not work.  My company provided a username and password to auto update and I'm positive I've entered it in correctly, since I've tried it a dozen times.  Below is what the updating log shows when I force a manual update.  Any help would be much appreciated.  Thanks!

  • Hello sjelia,

your company should provide support for their end users, furthermore the license requires that home users (i.e. on a device not owned by the company) update from a company server. Anyway the most likely cause is that the credentials are invalid for updating from Sophos - either they are wrong or they are for updating from the company server (in which case you'd have to set the correct location instead of Sophos).
