SAV 9 Linux Web Gui cannot start

Hi Sophos Forum,

I just install Sophos Antivirus Linux version 9 on two ubuntu machine in my amazon ec2 instance. FYI, another installation is going well and another machine unable to access web gui.     sav-protect is a different service than the WebUI, so its status won't tell you whether the WebUI is running.

    /opt/sophos-av/bin/savdstatus -v

    Will tell you if the Web GUI is running. Otherwise check /opt/sophos-av/log/savwebd.log to see if there are any error reported there. 

    Also note that the WebUI is going away in SAV 9.10.
